William T. "Bill" Rodenbarger, 74, of Delphi, died Sunday, October 21, 2018 in the ER at IU Hospital in Monticello. Bill was born to the late Eugene and Emma Elizabeth Bryn Rodenbarger on September 24, 1944 in Colburn Indiana. On June 2, 1963 Bill married Judy Phillips in Delphi and she survives. Bill co- owned Rodenbarger Construction in Delphi. Drove a semi for Food liners. Bill attended Colburn, Buck Creek and East Tipp Schools. He was a honorary member of the Delphi VFW, where he built the wood bar. He was a proud wood worker helping with building a jury box at the court house. He also helped with the construction of the Delphi Community Center.
Bill is survived by his wife of 55 years, Judy. Three sons: Billy Rodenbarger of Delphi, Tim Rodenbarger of Delphi and Jeff (Connie) Cox of Delphi. Eight grandchildren: James Rodenbarger, Kansas Rodenbarger, David Rodenbarger, Isaac Rodenbarger, Trista Strasser, Taylor Cox, Treavor Cox and Vidiala Cox. Seven great-grandchildren. Brother: Kenny (Mary) Rodenbarger of Lafayette. Two sisters: Mary Killian of Delphi and Virginia "Shorty" (John) Riley of Delphi. He is preceded by a sister-Judy Grooms and brother- Jim Rodenbarger.
Bill's Family invite friends to visit Friday, October, 26, 2018 from 12 noon till time of service at 2 PM at Abbott Funeral Home Delphi. Brad Burton will officiate the service.
