Willard "Will" Burdine, 85, of rural Brookston, died Monday-June 25, 2018, at 6:03pm at IU Health Arnett Hospital, Lafayette. He was born Nov 11, 1932 in Somerset, KY, to the late Bruce & Stella Baker Burdine. His marriage was to Mildred B. Faulknor in Speedway, on Nov 11, 1960, and she preceded him in death on Sept 18, 2015. He was a 1950 graduate of Somerset High School. He worked for 35 years at Deluxe Check Printers in Indianapolis, 30 years as shift supervisor, retiring in 1991. He then worked part time at AMS Production Machine in Plainfield for 11 years. He enjoyed hunting and fishing. Loved to be outside along the river, boating, and enjoying the river life. He liked carpentry, and enjoyed bowling. He dearly loved his family. Surviving: daughter-Donna & Wes Albrecht of Bainbridge; sons-Ric & Pam Burdine of Mooresville, Bryan L. Burdine of Brookston, Christopher A. Burdine of Brookston; sisters-Doris Wright of Greenwood, Mary Lou McWhirter of Greenwood, Rosalie & Dwight  Bullock of Somerset, KY; 7 grandchildren: Brennah Mae Burdine, Nicholas Lee Burdine, Larry Turk, Damon Turk, Erin Durham, Kristin Taylor, Shawn Thompson; 11 great grandchildren. Preceded by a sister Willena; a brother Edgar.
