Uva V. Cooper Coffman, 92, of Delphi, died Wed-Jan 17, 2018, at 4pm at Monticello Healthcare Center. She was born July 9, 1925 in Hillsboro, WV, to the late Jay & Georgie Moore Cooper. Her marriage was to Clayton "Buck" Coffman in Hillsboro, WV, on Nov 15, 1945, and he preceded her in death on July 15, 2014. She was a 1944 graduate of Hillsboro High School. She was a homemaker. She and her husband moved from Buckhannon, WV to Delphi in Nov-1989. She was a member of the Mt. Zion Baptist Church in Delphi, and taught Sunday school. She enjoyed crafts, sewing, and reading. She dearly loved her family. Surviving: brother-James & Sandy Cooper of Delphi; sister-Myrtle O'Dell of Dunbar, WV; nieces & nephews. Preceded in death by her daughter Donna M. Dilley; 2 brother's Clyde & Lewis. Services-Friends may call Monday from 10am until her funeral service at 11am, at Abbott Funeral Home, Inc., Delphi. Pastor Michael Harbour officiating.
