Timothy P. Grant, 54, of Monticello, passed away Saturday-February 13, 2021 at 343pm at Monticello Healthcare. He was born September 21, 1966 in Kokomo, to the late Ona "Pete" & Esther Clem Grant. Tim graduated from Delphi High School in 1984. He worked at Peerless Pattern Machine Shop in Lafayette as a CNC Operator, and then for a local painting contractor for a few years, then for Zook Machine Shop in Brookston. Tim enjoyed river life. He loved to fish, go boating and floating down the Wabash, and just being outdoors'. He enjoyed woodworking and at one time had a model train set up in a room in his house that he liked to tinker with. He enjoyed the Indianapolis Colts football team.  Surviving: Son's-Andrew C. Grant & Melissa Robledo, and Derek & Mercedes Grant of Monticello; brothers-Gregory & Susan Grant of Kokomo, Gary & Claire Grant of Reynolds, Phil Crousore of Monticello; sisters-Wendy & John Gunn of Chattanooga, TN, Melody & Mike Horton of Michigan City; 8 grandchildren survive. Services: The family will receive friends on Thursday from 5pm until his memorial service at 6pm at Abbott Funeral Home, Inc., Delphi. Rev. Ed Selvidge officiating. Private family interment. Memorial contributions may be made to the Alzheimer's Association, envelopes available at the funeral home.  Facial masks must be worn and social distancing practiced while attending his service.
