Thelma L. Rogers Dubuque, 79, of Delphi, passed away Monday-January 30, 2023, at 2:42pm, at St. Elizabeth Healthcare Center in Delphi where she resided. She was born May 25, 1943 in Lorain, OH, to the late John & Ressie Ellen Rose Rogers. Her marriage was to Edwin W. "Ed" Dubuque, in Monticello, on November 28, 1963, and he survives. She attended High School in FL and received her GED at a later date. She worked at the former Bryant Manufacturing and RCA, both in Monticello for several years, then at the former Peters-Revington Furniture Factory in Delphi for 14 years. She was an avid reader and loved spending time with her grandsons. She dearly loved her family and being with them for any occasion. Surviving: Husband-Edwin W. "Ed" Dubuque of Delphi, daughter-Jo & Greg Brown of Delphi, son-Mark Dubuque of Wolcott, 3 grandsons: Jonah & Jammie Brown, Matthew & Jordyn Brown, Andrew & Alex Brown, 6 great grandchildren survive. Brother-John D. Rogers of Kendallville, 12 nieces & nephews survive. Preceded in death by 3 sisters Betty Jacobs, Diane Spark, & Peggy Tully, a brother Jeff Rogers. There will be no services.
