Sylvia M. Henderson Keller, 89, formerly of Delphi, died Fri.-May 15, 2015 at 4pm at Rosewalk Village in Lafayette. She was born Dec. 4, 1925 in Bartholomew Co., IN, to the late Wellington Henderson, and Gladys Walker Meek. Her marriage was to James R. Keller in Milan, IN, on Apr. 26, 1943, and he preceded her in death on Nov. 16, 2008. She and her husband moved to Delphi for his work, and lived here from 1958-1970. She was a homemaker, and attended the Delphi United Methodist Church. She belonged to home ec clubs where she lived at different times in her life, she enjoyed helping senior citizens, doing small tasks for them to help in their daily lives. She enjoyed her flower gardens, and vegetable garden, and loved to bird watch. Surviving: daughter-Diana K. Beall of Delphi; son-James & Faith Keller of Fishers; granddaughter-Angie Rishel; sister-Janet Sharp of Columbus. Preceded in death by 3 brothers & 1 sister. Private family services will take place, with burial at Masonic Cemetery, Delphi. Memorial contributions may be made to the Alzheimer's Association
