Obituary

Sue A. Butler Wyrick, 71, of rural Cutler, died Thurs-May 24, 2018 at 11:40pm at St. Elizabeth East Hospital, Laf. She had been in failing health for the past 6 months. She was born Aug 8, 1946 in Twelve Mile, to the late Alvin & Stella Heinemann Butler. Her marriage was to Edward L. Wyrick in Kokomo on Sept 10, 1965, and he preceded her in death on Apr 9, 2018.  She was a 1964 graduate of Northwestern High School. She was a homemaker, and a licensed beautician, and had her own shop for 20 years. She and her husband belonged to the National Camper's & Hiker's Association for 30 years. She enjoyed quilting, and was in a quilting club, and taught quilting classes. She enjoyed card games especially euchre. She loved to sew, do crafts, and camp with her family. Surviving:  daughters-Andrea & William Kelley of Delphi, Pam & Larry Smith of Mooresville; sisters-Rose Lemmon, Phyllis Lemmon of Lucerne; half sister-Linda Magnet of Russiaville; brothers-Harry & Vicki Butler of Logansport, Paul & Brenda Butler of Cutler; 4 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren survive. Preceded in death by her aunt & uncle-Pauline & William Arthur who raised her; 1 brother. There will be no services.
