Steven M. Cotner, 60, of Logansport, died Fri-Oct 4, 2019 at 3:52pm at St. Vincent Hospital in Indianapolis. He was born Sept 25, 1959 in Logansport, to the late Donald & Mary Rush Cotner Sr. His marriage was to Donna L Woolridge in Logansport on Jan 4, 1999, and she survives. He was a 1978 graduate of Logansport High School. He formerly worked for Ball Corp. in Monticello for 10 years, and then for Tinnerman Manufacturing in Logansport for 8 years. He attended with his wife Hillcrest Baptist Church in Logansport. He and his wife were volunteers at Great Cats of Indiana, where one of the animals went on to be the mascot for L.S.U. in Baton Rouge, LA, his favorite college team. He enjoyed being outdoors, fishing, and in his younger years was in a band, and loved music. He loved his family and grandchildren, and spending time with them. Surviving: wife-Donna L Cotner of Logansport; sons-Dustin & Kylie Cotner of Logansport, Austin M Cotner of LaPorte; stepdaughter-Mandy & Scott Army of Logansport; sister-Becky Shaver of Logansport; 6 grandchildren. Preceded in death by a brother Donald T Cotner Jr. Services: The family will receive friends on Tuesday from 3pm to 5pm at the Hillcrest Baptist Church, Logansport. His memorial service will start at 5pm at the church, Pastor Brandon Hudson officiating. Private family interment at a later date. Memorial contributions may be made to the Cass Co.
