Mildred B. "Millie" Faulknor Burdine, 80, of rural Brookston, died unexpectedly Fri.-Sept. 18, 2015 at 2:06am at IU Health Arnett Hospital, Lafayette. She was born April 29, 1935 in Greenfield, to the late Leo & Elanor Talkington Faulknor. Her marriage was to Willard "Will" Burdine in Speedway, on Nov. 11, 1960, and he survives. She was a 1953 graduate of Avon High School. She worked for over 30 years at the Ives & Ives Law Office in Delphi as a legal administrative assistant. She was a member of the First Assembly of God Church, Delphi. She was an avid reader, and enjoyed boating & fishing, and life on the river. She dearly loved her family, and all of the time they spent together. That was her life. Surviving: husband-Willard "Will" Burdine of rural Brookston; daughter-Donna & Wes Albrecht of Bainbridge; sons-Rick & Pam Burdine of Mooresville, Bryan L. Burdine of rural Brookston, Christopher A. Burdine of rural Brookston. Grandchildren: Brennah Mae Burdine, Nicholas Lee Burdine, Larry & Damon Turk, Erin Durham, Kristin Taylor, Shawn Thompson; 11 great grandchildren survive.
