Mary Teresa Bossung Minnicus, 85, of Delphi, died Thurs-Aug 24, 2017 at 1:10pm at St. Elizabeth Hospital East, Lafayette. She was born Mar 7, 1932 in Chalmers, to the late George & Esther Vogel Bossung. Her marriage was to Charles A. Minnicus in Reynolds on Oct 9, 1954, and he preceded her in death on May 12, 2015. She graduated from Reynolds High School in 1950. She worked for the Bank of Reynolds, and then was a homemaker. She was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church, Delphi, and was active with the alter and rosary society of the church. She enjoyed her flower gardens, and her large vegetable garden they would have. Her greatest love was her family. She dearly loved them all, babysat for many of her grandchildren, and loved all of the family gatherings they all would share together. Surviving: daughter-Ann C. Minnicus of Delphi; sons-Steve E. Minnicus (fiancé' Tracey Slaven) of Delphi, Gordon & Kim Minnicus of Delphi, Mike R. Minnicus (Tara Finley) of Lapel, Jerry & Peggy Minnicus of Delphi, Tim & Linda Minnicus of Sheridan; sisters-Betty & Jim Kremer of West Lafayette, Marjorie & Bob Welsh of Lafayette; brothers-Richard Bossung of Reynolds, Edward Bossung of Monticello; 8 grandchildren, 3 great grandsons, 2 great granddaughters. Preceded in death by a inf son Joseph R, son Thomas G, grandson Alan D, sister Patty, brother's Wendell & William. Services: Friends may call Sunday from 4-7pm at Abbott Funeral Home, Inc., Delphi. Funeral mass Monday 10am St. Joseph Catholic Church, Delphi, Father Clayton Thompson officiating. Burial at St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery, Reynolds.
