Lois Louise Weston Sales, 90, formerly of Delphi, died Mon.-June 27, 2016, at 6:30pm at St. Anthony Healthcare in Lafayette. She had resided at Westminster Village in West Lafayette for 3 years, then Mulberry Health & Retirement, then moving to St. Anthony's. She was born June 14, 1926 in White Co., IN, to the late Marcus & Cynthia Woolridge Weston. Her marriage was to Robert C. Sales in Delphi, on May 25, 1946, and he preceded her in death on Apr. 18, 2009. She attended Brookston High School. She worked for the former Carroll Co. Telephone Co., for 18 years, and was a homemaker. She was a member of the First Presbyterian Church, Delphi; former Gamma Gamma Nu Sorority in Delphi; she and her husband belonged to a euchre card club for many years; she was a member of the Carroll Co. Country Club; and was an avid reader. She and her husband wintered in St. Petersburg, FL, for many years. She dearly loved her family, and the many family gatherings they had, that was her life. Surviving: daughter-Debbie & Dr. Dave Harper of Gainesville, FL; son-Robert C. "Bob" & Donna Sales of Delphi; brothers-Larry & Sue Weston of Wolcott, John & Anita Weston of Lafayette, Gary & Marcia Weston of Brookston. 5 grandchildren; 10 great grandchildren. Preceded in death by 2 inf. siblings; 4 sister's Mary Chilcott, Geraldine Delp, Laverne Blount, Loretta Deboy. Services: Friends may call Saturday from 2pm until her funeral service at 4pm, at Abbott Funeral Home, Inc., Delphi, Pastor Bob Duke officiating. Burial at Masonic Cemetery, Delphi.
