Linda Sue Brooks Huddleston Campbell, 57, of rural Lafayette, passed at her daughter's home on Friday-May 26, 2023, at 11:54pm, after a battle with cancer. She was born July 3, 1965, in Tazewell, TN, to the late Clarence & Ina Mae Vestal Brooks. She was married to Daniel J. Huddleston of Delphi, with whom she had her children. She then married Scott Campbell in Attica, on August 26, 2006, and he preceded her in death on March 8, 2021. Linda attended Delphi Community High School, and later received her GED. Linda formerly worked at Indiana Packer's Corp. She enjoyed crafts, gardening, and just being outside. She dearly loved her children and grandchildren, and extended family. They were her life. Surviving: daughter-Melody & Michea Knoth of Delphi, daughter-Brandi & Tim Lank of Lafayette, son-Ric Huddleston of Delphi, Kyle & Heather Huddleston of Delphi, grandchildren: Kyron, Keegan, Kalvyn, Jayda, Jaxson, Jagger, Brayden, Bentley, Bryson, Bristol, & Opal. Sister-Janet & Al Hart of Fayetteville, TN, sister-Betty Babcock of Tazewell, TN, sister-Joann Carter & Les Babcock of Tazewell, TN, brother-James & Shirley Brooks of Tazewell, TN, brother-Larry Brooks Sr of Bringhurst, brother-Ricky & Theresa Brooks of Tazewell, TN, stepdaughter-Megan Campbell of Brookston, stepson-Andrew Campbell of Brookston. Preceded in death by a brother Bobby Brooks, nephew Christopher Walters, brother-in-law Melvin Walters Sr, sister-in-law Lisa Brooks. Services: Visitation will be Wednesday from 5pm to 8pm at Abbott Funeral Home, Inc., Delphi. She will be taken to Coffey Funeral Home in Tazwell, TN, for services there Saturday. Visitation from 11am until her funeral service at 1pm at the funeral home. Pastor Preston Smith will officiate. Burial will follow at Brooks Cemetery in Tazewell.
