Judith M. "Judy" Jumper Perry, 81, of Rockfield, passed away Thursday-August 5, 2021 at 7:50pm surrounded by her loving family, after a yearlong battle with cancer. She was born July 4, 1940 in Kokomo, to the late Samuel & Wilma Bailey Jumper. Her marriage was to Robert D. "Bob" Perry in Monticello, on July 27, 1957, just celebrating 64 years of marriage, and he survives. She attended the former Forest High School, and received her GED. She had previously worked at Wallmann's Grocery Store in Delphi, and for the former Corral Grocery Store in Logansport, and was a homemaker. She was baptized in the Rockfield Christian Church and had attended the Lockport Church with her husband and family. She enjoyed planting her many flower gardens around their home and always had a big garden. She and her family enjoyed camping and traveling, and she loved to listen to Country music. She and her husband enjoyed square dancing, and she loved decorating for the holidays especially Christmas and Halloween. She dearly loved her family and spending time with them, as well as attending her many grandchildren's sporting and school functions. Surviving: husband-Robert D. "Bob" Perry of Rockfield; daughter-Penny Brackett of Kokomo; sons-Mark & Serina Perry of Delphi, and Bill & Tracy Perry of Burnettsville; sister-Anita & Robert Miles of Kokomo; 13 grandchildren; 26 great grandchildren; 2 great great grandson's. Preceded in death by a son Robert D. "Bobby" Perry; 2 sister's Norma & Phyllis; a brother Sam. Services: Visitation will be Tuesday from 11am until her funeral service at 1pm, at Abbott Funeral Home, Inc., Delphi. Rev. Nord Zootman officiating. Burial at Brown Church Cemetery, near Rockfield. Memorial contributions may be made to the Carroll County Cancer Association, envelopes available at the funeral home.
