Harold A. Fogarasi, 81, of Delphi, died Sat-Mar 5, 2016 at 6:15am, at St. Elizabeth East Hospital, Lafayette. He was born May 5, 1934 in Detroit, MI, to the late John & Myrtle Kelly Fogarasi. His marriage was to Donna M. Lynch in Delphi, on April 12, 1964, and she survives. He worked at the former SAYCO, then Briggs Manufacturing in Flora for 25 years. He was a U.S. Army Veteran, stationed in Fort Knox, KY. He was a member of the Delphi American Legion Post #75. He enjoyed country music, and loved to play the drums in various bands, and played at area establishments. He enjoyed fishing, mushroom hunting, NASCAR and driver Jeff Gordon. He loved to bowl, and participated in area leauges. Surviving: wife-Donna M. Fogarasi of Delphi; daughter-Sandra K. Fogarasi of Lafayette; son-Brian & Roquelle Fogarasi of Flora; grandchildren: Kayla Fogarasi & Josh Austin; step grandchildren: Alexandria Borrelli, Lamont Borrelli, April Woodson; brother-Charles & Sue Fogarasi of Detroit, MI. Preceded by 2 brother's, 2 sister's, a son Mark. Services: Friends may call Saturday from 11am until his funeral service at 1pm, at Abbott Funeral Home, Inc., Delphi. Rev. Todd Ladd officiating.
