Donna J. Ragan Rush, 72, of Delphi, passed away at her home on Tuesday-August 12, 2025, at 7:15am, after a battle with cancer. She was born May 10, 1953 in Lafayette, to the late Donald & Harriet Loman Ragan. Donna attended Delphi Community High School and received her GED. She worked at Lafayette Family Services, Inc., for 13 years, and at the former Wallmann's grocery store & Dairy Barn in Delphi. She also was a bartender at the former Ben's Tavern in Delphi. She was a member of the Pokahontas Women's Aux of the Redmon Lodge in Monticello. She enjoyed cooking and mushroom hunting, casino trips to play the slots, and her TV soap's. She loved her family and enjoyed spending time with them. Surviving: her companion of 34 years Ed J. Sterrett of Delphi, daughter-Tracy & Doug Welch of Flora, grandson-Donald & Heather Rush of Flora, granddaughter-Harley Rush of Flora, great grandchildren: Cameron & Lily Rush of Flora, sister-Roxann & Steve Garbison of Monticello. Preceded in death by a sister Mary. Services: Visitation will be Saturday from 11am until her funeral service at 1pm at Abbott Funeral Home, Inc., Delphi. Rev. Nord Zootman officiating.
