Crystal Sue Weaver Bruce, 90, of Monticello, Indiana, passed away peacefully Saturday, November 15, 2025, in her home, surrounded by her loving family, after a brief illness. Sue was born on May 12, 1935, in Stanford, Indiana, to her late parents James Morgan Weaver and Nellie Buskirk Weaver Kelley. She married the love of her life, Robert H. "Bob" Bruce, in Bloomington, on August 9, 1952.

Sue worked at Purdue University as the Business Office Manager of the Purdue student hospital for 27 years. Sue then served as President of CSS Inc. in Delphi for 10 years, as well as RHC Inc. in Monticello.

Sue loved to keep their houses spotless and clean, and manicured the landscaping around all three homes.  She and her husband enjoyed traveling together and wintering in Florida for many years. Family was everything to Sue. She loved them all dearly and looked forward to any time they could all be together. They were her life.

Sue is survived by her husband, Bob Bruce of Monticello; son, Robert Gregory Bruce (Nina Bau) of Monticello; son, Marc Bruce (Rochelle) of Lafayette; sister, Sandra Rea of Bloomington; sister, Carolyn Evans (J.R.) of Spencer; grandchildren, Andrea, Rebecca, Ranae, Lindsey (Aspen), Delaney (Nate), and Ethan; and great grandchildren, Tobey, Haley, Willa, Brady, Ben, Grayson, and Ellis. She was preceded in death by stepmother, Lucille Weaver, stepfather, Paul Kelley, sisters, Sharon and Marilyn, and brother-in-laws, Carl Rea and Phillip Snodgrass.

Services: Visitation will be Saturday from 11:00 am until her funeral service at 1:00 pm at Abbott Funeral Home, Inc., Delphi with Rev. Todd Ladd officiating. Burial at Masonic Cemetery, Delphi. Memorial contributions may be made to Wounded Warriors, Susan G. Komen breast cancer research, or Riley Children's Hospital Pediatric Cardiomyopathy.
