Charles Henry Webb Sr., 75, of Delphi, died Sat-Apr 15, 2017 at 8:15pm at IU Health Arnett Hospital, Laf. He was born Aug 13, 1941 in Lafayette, to the late Charles Henry & Marjorie Hope Darling Webb. His marriage was to Merna Joyce Booth in Lafayette, on June 6, 1959, and she survives. He attended Jeff High School in Laf, and later completed his GED. He owned and operated Webb Construction for 35 years, he then was head of security at Wabash National in Laf, for 12 years. He was a member of the Southside Wesleyan Church. He was a former governor of the Lafayette Moose Lodge. He enjoyed playing golf, Purdue University men's basketball & football, fishing & camping, and liked to bow hunt. Surviving: wife-Merna J. Webb of Delphi; daughter-Cynthia & Andrew Johnson of Delphi; sons-Charles H. Webb Jr of Lafayette, Terry Alan Webb Sr of Lafayette, Ron E. Webb Sr of Delphi, John E. & Esther Webb Sr of Colfax; sisters-Nancy Zink of Flora, Sandie & Dan Hurd of Lafayette; brother-Donald & Marjorie Webb of Evansville; 14 grandchildren, 3 step grandchildren; 40 great grandchildren.
