Charles T. "Chuck" Foreman ran into the arms of his Heavenly Father on July 29, 2026. He was born on January 20, 1953, to the late Charles C. and Marjorie D. (Sales) Foreman. Chuck was a 1971 graduate of Delphi Community High School.

After high school, Chuck worked for McGreevey’s Trash Company. Throughout his career, he made many lifelong friendships during his time with Adams Chevrolet of Delphi, Delphi NAPA, A.E. Staley (Tate & Lyle) South Plant in Lafayette, Delphi Parks Department, and the Delphi Community School Corporation.

If you knew Chuck, you knew his passion for Chevrolet Camaros and drag racing. In 1973, he purchased his first bumblebee-yellow Camaro. In 1996, he purchased and rebuilt a 1969 Camaro from the ground up, painting it Cougar (Royal) Blue. The car won numerous trophies and remained one of his proudest accomplishments.

Chuck dearly loved his wife, Deborah "Deb" (Stewart) Foreman. The couple met at Old Settlers in Delphi in August 1972 and were married on May 24, 1975, at the Delphi Presbyterian Church. Their first home was a small farmhouse at the end of a long lane. In 1977, they welcomed their son, Charles Eric, and after being snowed in during a blizzard, Chuck promised Deb a home in town. In December 1978, he moved his young family into a newly built home in Camden. In February 1980, Chuck and Deb welcomed their daughter, Andrea Dawn, completing their family.

Chuck was elected to two terms on the Camden Town Council and dedicated much of his life to serving his community. He coached Camden Little League for many years and never missed one of his children's sporting events, whether football, basketball, baseball, softball, or cheerleading. Chuck always supported his children and their teams. He was honored as Grand Marshal of the Jackson Township Parade and faithfully served the Camden Jackson Township Fire Department for 44 years, holding many positions, including Fire Chief. After Chuck's retirement, his son Eric carried on with his legacy by becoming Fire Chief. Chuck's pride grew even greater when his grandson Avery joined the department. Chuck also served as a first responder and ambulance driver.

Raised in the Presbyterian Church, Chuck later became a member of Flora United Methodist Church, where he enjoyed fellowship and Bible studies. He also supported Crossroads Community Christian Church and Little Lamb Preschool. Chuck was a past member of the Camden Lions Club, where many knew him as the announcer at the annual tractor pull. He was also the longtime voice of Jackson Township Little League, a member of the Camden Community Club, and a dedicated supporter of Carroll Cougar athletics.

Chuck is survived by his beloved wife, Deb; his children, Eric (Stacy) Foreman of Camden and Andrea (Craig) O'Brien of Flora; and his cherished grandchildren, Ella, Avery, and Eva Foreman, and Allison (Mitchell) Garrison, Mallory and William O'Brien, all of whom lovingly called him "Pappy." He is also survived by his brothers, Gary (Karen) Foreman of Delphi and Brian Foreman of Monticello; sisters-in-law, Deanne Lambert of Camden, Lisa Stewart of Burlington, and Stephanie Lambert-Giddens of Flora; and brothers-in-law, Darrell (Tena) Stewart of Rossville and Duane Stewart of Camden. A half-sister Susan & Richard Boskett of Cheltenham, England, and a sister-in-law Susan Foreman of London, England.

Chuck was preceded in death by his parents; brothers-in-law, Dave Lambert and Doug Stewart; nephews, Adam Stewart and Scotty Foreman; his parents-in-law, Wayne and Alice Lambert; a half-brother Roger Foreman and many extended family members and dear friends.

Services: Chuck’s visitation will be from 11:00am Saturday-August 1, 2026, until his funeral service at 12:00pm at Crossroads Community Christian Church, 3570 E. 200 S., Bringhurst, IN 46913, Pastor Dan Butcher officiating.
