Calvin L. Wolf, 84, of rural Delphi, passed away at his home on Wednesday-August 20, 2025, at 11:36am, surrounded by his loving family. He had been in declining health and had a brief illness. Calvin was born on September 10, 1940, in Lima, OH, to the late Chester & Martha Layman Wolf. He married Rachel I. Oyler in Modesto, CA, on August 13, 1960, and she survives. Calvin was a 1958 graduate of Camden High School. He was a carpenter for many years and enjoyed woodworking. He enjoyed making personal wooden gifts for those closest to him. Calvin was a member of the Deer Creek Old German Baptist Brethren Church near Camden. He and Rachel enjoyed traveling, and spending time with their family.

Surviving: son-Arlan & Sherry Wolf of Quinter, KS, daughter-Kara & Donald Shively of Rossville, daughter-Elaine & Leland Skiles of Rossville, daughter- Nadine & Matthew Hess of Greencastle, PA, son-Philip & Krista Wolf of Westcliffe, CO. 22 grandsons & 7 granddaughters survive, 57 great grandchildren survive. Sister-Beulah Brenneman of Rossville, brother-John & Shirley Wolf of Sawyer, KS, brother-Maurice & Regina Wolf of Rossville survive. Preceded in death by a sister & brother-in-law Velma & Kenneth Miller, grandson Jordan Skiles, great granddaughter Ella Wolf, sister in laws Carolyn & Marie, brother-in- law Homer Keith Brenneman. Services: Visitation will be Saturday from 1pm to 5pm, family dinner break, then 6pm to 8pm at the Deer Creek Old German Baptist Brethren Church near Camden. His funeral service will be Sunday at 10am there, with home brethren officiating. Burial will take place at Musselman Cemetery, near Camden.
