May 9, 1930 – October 19, 2018
Betty Rose Knaus Baker, 88, of Delphi, passed away Friday-October 19, 2018 at 2:55am, with her family by her side. She was born May 9, 1930 in Knob Noster, Missouri, to the late Ezra & Ernetta Rothwell Knaus. Her marriage was to Dr. Eldon E. Baker in Knob Noster, Missouri, on August 22, 1954, and he preceded her in death on January 1, 2015. She attended school in Knob Noster, and was a homemaker. She was a member of the Cutler Ridge New Conference Old German Baptist Brethren Church. She enjoyed working in her flower gardens, and yard work. She and her family enjoyed traveling, boating, and fishing. She and her husband had been overseas on several trips, especially the Holy Land. She dearly loved her family, and the many gatherings they would share. Her grandchildren would help her around her house, and she loved being with them, even doing simple things, as long as they were together is all that mattered to her. She loved the good Lord, and devoted her life to Christ, and shared her beliefs with her family. Our loss is her gain, as she enjoys the beautiful reunion with those that have gone before her, in heaven.
