Barbara A. "Bobbie" Sheetz Venters, 71, of rural Delphi, died Sun-Nov 12, 2017 at 9am at her home unexpectedly. She was born July 5, 1946 in Lafayette, to the late Lawrence & Mary Hackney Sheetz. Her marriage was to Clifford L. Venters in Delphi, on Jan. 3, 1964, and he survives. She attended Delphi High School, and was a homemaker. She enjoyed working in her flower gardens, reading, playing BINGO, Purdue University sports, fishing, the Chicago Cubs, and her beloved dog Danby. She dearly loved her family. Surviving: husband-Clifford L. Venters of Delphi; daughters-Aundrea & Michael Grimes, Natalie & Tony Arnett both of Delphi; granddaughters-Samantha & Alexandria Grimes, Lauren Arnett. Preceded in death by a daughter Jennifer; sister's Freda & Donna. Services: The family will receive friends Wednesday from 5pm-7pm at Abbott Funeral Home, Inc., Delphi.
