Arlene M. Plunkett Page, 87, of Delphi, passed away Thursday-October 20, 2022, at 9:00am, at St. Elizabeth Healthcare Center in Delphi. She was born January 28, 1935, in Marion, IN, to the late Harry & Fern Fincher Plunkett. Her marriage was to Calvin G. Page in Delphi, on January 8, 1954, and he preceded her in death on October 13, 2002. She graduated from Delphi High School in 1953. She was a homemaker and volunteered as a candy striper at the former St. Elizabeth Hospital in Lafayette for several years. She was a member of the Westside flower club in Delphi, was an avid reader, and loved to crochet and do needlepoint, and play BINGO. As a young teenager, she was very instrumental in helping raise her younger brothers and sisters. She dearly loved her family and enjoyed being with them at the many gatherings they would have. Surviving: son-Richard "Rich" Page of Fowler, Michael Page of Delphi, daughter-Rebecca & Donald Whicker of Mulberry, daughter-Theresa May of Oxford, sister-Nancy Calhoun of Mishawaka, sister-Elizabeth Godbey of Ladoga. 7 grandchildren, 24 great grandchildren, and 1 great great granddaughter survive. Preceded in death by 2 sons Ed & Robert, 2 brothers, & 2 sisters. Services: Visitation will be Thursday from 5pm until her funeral service at 7pm at Abbott Funeral Home, Inc., Delphi. Rev.
